An amazing and very powerful book for Inner child recovery my personal favourite.

Creative Play for Anger Management.

Anger Management and interpersonal skills course with Vulnerable women.

The use of art mediums are a good tool to work with participants that feel anxious. The figures represent emotions and how the participants are feeling in relation to anger. This was a good way to calm some of the individuals down before they got into more activities of the lesson.
