The use of art mediums are a good tool to work with participants that feel anxious. The figures represent emotions and how the participants are feeling in relation to anger. This was a good way to calm some of the individuals down before they got into more activities of the lesson.

I used to keep a container of Play Doh on my desk at work...not for anger management. However, I found that it was a wonderful stress reliever.
Yes its very good for you Play Doh. It's really useful for the vulnerable women who i work with as it is something to do and focus whilst they are processing difficult feelings.
